This privacy statement applies to all processing of personal data by Care2Clean Group and its affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Care2Clean Group”).

Controller and communication
Care2Clean Group processes personal data in order to offer its services, optimize the quality of services and to communicate appropriately with you as a data subject. We may use an external service provider to evaluate our services. Participation in such evaluations is entirely voluntary and takes place solely on the basis of personal data provided by you. In addition, you can sign up to receive newsletters or other communications from Care2Clean Group. Care2Clean Group is the controller for all processing of personal data as mentioned below.

What personal data are processed and for what purpose?
You provide data to us in the following ways:

– We process your personal data for sending invoices and keeping a correct payment administration. Among other things, we process the following data: name, address and place of residence (NAW) data, payment data, invoice data, contact data and other relevant data for our customer administration.
– We maintain active contact with you in order to ensure optimal service. To answer any questions, for internal management and the handling of complaints, we process your name, address and place of residence (NAW) and other contact details.
– you may, only with your explicit consent, receive newsletters and/or offers from us. We use your personal data to contact you by mail, email, phone or via social media platforms. You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe option at the bottom of the e-mail, or by submitting your unsubscription to us in writing or by telephone. In this context, we process the following data: email address, name, address and residence (NAW) data, and – if provided by you – your gender for the purpose of personalized communication.

Communication via social media
– Care2Clean Group is active on various social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn. If you contact us through these channels, we process your personal data exclusively for the following purposes: maintaining contact, answering your questions, facilitating your participation in promotional actions, executing these actions and informing you about their progress and results, as well as obtaining your feedback. In this context, we may process the following personal data: your (user) name or social ID, address and e-mail address.

For the development and improvement of our products and services,
– it may in certain cases be necessary to process your personal data, for example to provide you with adequate service or to further develop and improve our products and services. This applies in particular when you ask a question about a specific product or use our customer support.
– we may process and analyze personal data for the purpose of maintaining, securing and optimizing our (mobile) websites, applications and related technical infrastructure.

Archival purposes
– For the above purposes, we process only those personal data that are necessary. In certain cases it may be desirable to retain data for a longer period of time; this data will then be archived in a secure location with limited access. Bases for processing personal data

The personal data Care2Clean Group collects through its websites is not shared with third parties. Personal data obtained by other means is only shared with third parties to the extent necessary to provide our services. An example of this is engaging an external party to evaluate our services.

Furthermore, Care2Clean Group may provide personal data to third parties, such as supervisory authorities, if and to the extent there is a legal obligation to do so.

If a third party processes personal data on behalf of Care2Clean Group, a processor agreement will be concluded with this party, which stipulates that this party also acts in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).

Personal data security
Care2Clean Group attaches great importance to the security and protection of your personal data. Taking into account the state of the art, Care2Clean Group takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing. If Care2Clean Group makes use of the services of third parties, such as IT service providers, binding arrangements will be laid down in a data protection agreement.

Retention period personal data
Care2Clean Group does not retain personal data that is processed longer than necessary or required under laws and regulations.

Privacy rights of data subjects
Requests for inspection, rectification, restriction of processing, objection, transferability of data, deletion of your personal data, or withdrawal of previously granted consent, as well as privacy-related complaints, can be directed to info@care2clean.nl. You will receive a substantive response no later than four weeks after receipt of your request.
In certain cases Care2Clean Group cannot, or cannot fully, comply with your request, for example when statutory retention periods apply.

Use of social media
The Care2Clean Group websites include buttons (buttons) and/or hyperlinks that allow you to share web pages via social networks, such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube. Care2Clean Group has no control over and assumes no responsibility for how these third parties handle your personal information.
